Hospitality, Outdoor Requirements & Booking Terms

Meals. A hot, substantial meal must be provided for every musician. The guest meal or a comparable freshly prepared entrée is acceptable. Sandwiches, snack boxes, and appetizer-only meals are not acceptable. Bottled water must be available.

Outdoor Performances. The performance area and all instruments must be fully covered and protected from direct sun, rain, moisture, and wind. For any outdoor event above 78°F, shade must cover all instruments throughout setup and the performance. Safe heating lamps are required for nighttime performances below 70°F.

Payment. A signed performance agreement and 50% deposit are required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the performance.
